need help with i-730..please

hi every one, i need help with i-730 form, i arrived to the US as a refugee few months ago and applied for my husband a form i-730 refugee asylee petition .. i received the receipt note and the received the approval letter on 10/23/2008 and it said that my case has been approved and forwarded to the nvc...but till now the nvc didn't receive my case! i called them several times and called the uscis they said wait 90 days..is that normal? please i need any help about that form.. howmuch it takes time usually after approval?
i do appreciate any answer..
 
well, thank you for your reply, i called the uscis to ask about my case and where is it now?
as they said in the approval notice that my case forwarded to the NVC, when i called the NVC they said that they didn't receive my case..so, where is the case now?
i wish if you have any informations about howlong it takes to be transferred from the uscis to the nvc?
