Please share your opinion. I made a mistake on my I-130 application, I put on the second page that I am going to adjust my status in Agana, Guam but I am not currently in Guam, I am in Northern Mariana Island (US territory) and what I really want is to go to Consular processing.
I am very confuse on this Part 2 of the Form I-1824 ( reason for request)
Am I going to check Box B ? which is to request CIS to notify a different US consulate or Port-of-entry concerniong the approval of an application or petition. or
Check Box C ? which is to request CIS to send your approved immigrant visa to the US Dept. Of State's National Visa Center (NVC). This is to request the CIS to send your approved immigrant visa to the US Department of State through the NVC.
