Its been 6 months and I have not received my EAD and my first interim is expiring soon. Can I apply for second interim EAD? Reponse is appreciated. Thanks
You can apply for EAD as many times as you want. I have applied 6 months ago. I still haven't received it. I talked to my attorney and BCIS. Both suggested to apply for a new one. There is nothing wrong if you apply for EAD more than once concurrently.
