Need Help with EAD

I filled EAD and my receipt is januaey 3rd 2006. My current EAD expired Feb 2, 2006. And my company said I can not work with out authorisation so in short I loose job with out EAD. (they talk about rehire after receiving EAD).


I filled paper thru my lawyer, if I do eletronically will it be better.Can I put one more application electronically , will it speed up. or confuse more?


What are my chances of getting in interim EAD?.I have a info pass on feb2nd.

I don't think you can apply a second time but you could try. You can get an interim EAD after 90days. Are you done with your biometrics? It all depends on which center you have applied to. Ask your employer if you can go on leave without pay during the time you don't have an EAD? Goodluck
