Need help with Documents for AP for my Wife

Hi
I have filed for I485 and had added my wife to the same
after I got married. I am expecting to get my approval by Oct/Nov but dont think my wife will get it b4 next year.

She is planning to go to India on Dec 2nd.
Can someone tell me what are the documents I need for applying for her AP as I did not do that before .

Also Can someone tell me how long it takes for AP to get approved so I can plan her trip accordingly.
