hi all,
i entered the US with an H4 visa but applied for change to F1. I finished school here (2 yrs) and completed my OPT. Before my OPT expired I applied for a B1 (or B2, not sure - sorry) visa and was approved. Now my B visa is expiring (Feb 19) and not really sure what to do. I want to stay here legally (of course) but confused about finding an H1 sponsor. I would also like to know how to apply for a B visa extension when I don't have my original I-94 (from H4) - do I send in the change of status I-94? I have never left the US since I got here on H4 visa.
Would appreciate any kind of enlightenment.
