I'm currently on H1-B valid till Dec 26, 2007. My employer will be filiing for my H1-B extension since my I-485 petition is pending (filed Oct 2005) with Texas Service Center.
In my last visit to my home country, I used my previous AP document to enter the US becuase my current H1-B is not stamped on my passport. Upon entry my I-94 was stamped "paroled until Nov 2007". Now to file for my AP extension can I request for MULTIPLE TRIPS even though my current H1-B expires in Dec 2007. My employer will be filing for my H1-B extension soon.
Another question please....should I file for my AP renewal to NSC? My I-485 petition is pending at TSC.
Please advise.
