Need Help with Advance Parole - ASAP

I'm filing for AP and Part 7 of I-131 Application states that "on a seperate sheet of paper explain how u qulaify for AP".

Any formats/info on what need to be stated in this letter.

My status: Applied for I-485 in Aug-03 , hold an EAD and H-4 expiring on April-15.

All you need to be doing is check more than one trip box and attach your I-485 receipt. INS no longer requires a reason for issuing AP, that used to be the case earlier. This is the info I got from my para-legal when I filed for my wife's AP renewal.

This is just what I know, not a legal advise.
