I used to work for a Company A who sponsored a GC which is still in the Labor stage... During this time i got Company B sponsor me a GC using a substitute labor in 2003 September... In 2004 September i got my 140 approved thru Company B and then i started to work for Company B since November 2004. Along with the 140 Approval my 485 got transferred to Philly in Spetember 2004...
Now i plan to move to another company C using AC21...
1) What precautions do i have to take to ensure my 485 doesnt get denied ...
2) Is the amount of time i have worked for Company B enough for not to have any problems during the interview at Philly???
3) DO i have to work for Company B once i get my GC approved??
