I need some desperate help immediately!!!......I have applied for my 485 adjustment last Nov. and am waiting for it. I got married a couple of months back and my wife is here with my now. I am trying to add her onto my 485 pettition.
Suddenly my job situation is looking very bleak, and sceary......My question is, what happens if in the worst case I lose my job before I have filed for my wifes' 485 adjustment (& EAD/AP)? I know I might not be in trouble since its been more that six months since I got my I-130, but can I still add my wife onto my 485 without being employed by the same company????
