Need help w/ AC21 - new employer requirements

What does one need from the new employer if changing job after 180 days? Does an EVL suffice or do we need to submit additional documents and if we do what would be those?

depends on IIO reviewing your case . BUt minimum u need is a letter stating ur position ur salary type of job and employment type ( ful time , part time ) and permanent type . YOu might require to submit company finicial details and other stuff also.
 
You need:

offer letter
job description letter (EVL)

The EVL may be required again if an RFE is generated + other docs as requested. But to file for AC2, you need those two letters to start with.
