Need Help Urgent

My I485 has approved on August last week.I came to india on August first week,due to some urgency i need to stay in india till november.My question is my AP is going to exprie on Oct end.I have a valid H1 stamped on my PP.so at the POE can i enter thru that r not?..I appreciate if any one can send response on this.

POE will give you a I94 valid for few days only (you can ask for more time) within which time you have to get the stamping if you are entering using AP.

You should try to get the stamp within 1 year from approval date of I-485 to avoid confusion about AP validity (even if you dont have the AP) and your status validity.
