I came to the US on an F1 visa a while ago. My I-20 expires in two days (Dec 17, 05). If I do get married to a USC after I fall out of status will I be able to apply for adjustment of status, or will I have to go back home?
Your out of status will be forgiven if married to USC. But before you get your green card, DO NOT leave this country. so dont even bother to apply for AP.
