I applied for EAD renewal last week of March. Unfortunately when i submitted the application it said that they could not process the application and please call the Customer service center. But it did charge my credit card.
So I called the 800 # and they said that we will have to wait for 30 days untill further action can be taken and said that since it has charged my card the application might have wentthrough and that I should wait for the receipt to come through mail.
I would like to know if any of you had this type of issue and what was the outcome. Any suggestion are welcomed.
