Need help-twin city, MN

Me and my wife filed my I-485& I-140 to TSC when we were Kentucky resident. Now we moved to Minnesota in Oct., 2004. Our first FP was done in 2003 when we were in Kentucky.

After moving to MN, we filed our AR-11 within 2 weeks. Now I got a notice for 2nd FP. But the FP notice said that I have to go to KY to do the fingerprint. My lawyer said that we can go to local M'plis/st.paul office to get FP done.

I have never been in twin city local USCIS office.

Question: do i have to take any preappointment to visit the USCIS office or I can walk in and talk to a officer?

Please help me.

Try calling them I am sure there they could do that..And let us all know how it goes.

You should call the 1-800 number on the finger print notice and reschedule to your local USCIS office. I know ppl who have done this.
