Need Help - travel to Canada

Hello,

I applied I485 on July 2nd. But I didn't recevice any status from USCIS accepted or hold or rejected. Now I have plan to go to CANADA for my Canada PR. I applied AP along with I485. My question is

Can I leave US with out AP and come back valid US VISA stamping? (If I do visa stamping at Canada)

I read some news If any one applied I485 along with AP and don't leave US with out AP otherwise I485 application invalid. IS it true?

I highly appreciate if any one answer this issue.

you are fine to go

you can land and comeback on H1 visa.
There is no such rule your application is abandoned if you leave US without AP.
Moreover you didn't even recieve the notice. You are in good shape if you have a visa stamping to come back.

It is misunderstanding that you should not travel outside usa when you file I485.
You can always travel with AP or H1B visa.

In your case, you are fine.
