Here is my case
I came to US through company A and never got paid (no W2 for 2001) transfered H1 to Company B working with them since then (stamped the visa till 2007)
My LC is applied and waiting in BPC through company B(PD April 2003)
02 and 03 doesn't have prewailing wage.
From 2004 paystub and W2 meets LC.
6th year ends 2007
Now company C offers me a permanent job with good pay and offers me to do GC through PERM and it is a big company.
Should I take it?
