birthday"

That is the law for getting a Green card through a G Visa. I meet ALL of the requirements except the fact that I did not live 3 and a half years in the US on a G visa IMMEDIATELY before I apply to adjust status. I have lived in the USA for 13 years on a g visa between the required ages, but I was too little (age 13) to apply for the green card myself, and now I am older and I really need it. Is there anyway I can get USCIS to give me the green card even thought I didn't live 3 and half years immediately before I applied to adjust status? I lived in the US for 13 years on a G visa, and now I'd like to apply but this 3 and a half years immediately before I apply is what is stopping me. Anyway around this? How could I apply for a green card if I am too young to do it myself and know the value of it? Many thanks.

If you lived in the US for 13 years of the required age range (5 to 22), that means you were at least 18 when you completed those 13 years, which would make you an adult capable of applying for yourself.
