Need help to fill the forms????

Two questions to all previous dv winners
I won the dv 2010.
I filled the forms for each member of my family as required but the ones you have to sign,

i dont know if i have to sign for my baby boy or live it blank.

Name and adress of petitioner
Is it the name person that won?

If you are filling the form on your baby's behalf, then you have to sign for him/her. According to the KCC all the forms needs to be signed.
 
I sent an e-mail to KCC and they said Father can sign on behalf of children.
Name and address of the Petitioner always the winner of the Lottery regardless it is for your baby or your wife.
