I have a valid H1 visa stamped on my passport.
I have filed I-485 for myself and my family.
I need to call my parents to visit me and so have to send the necessary papers.
What do I fill in para 10 of I-134 that ask the details of persons for whoam I have filed visa petitions with the INS.
My family have H4 visa and now also have EAD. Does this constitute that and so do I have to include them in this para.
Any help will be highly appreciated
