Guys
Sorry for posting non immigration stuff but i am little bit confused in deciding what to do, here is the scenario
Presently I work for a very big company fortune 500 with salary X as a full time employee, I got another offer with small company with all the benefits which I have throgh the big company with a increment of 25K, only thing is I wont be getting any education reimbursment. Could you suggest me which option I should go with.
Thanks

small companies are better if you are getting a better salary. You will get challenging works in small companies. You will be an allrounder there (That's what i am becoming at my current client)

But with small companies one has to work a lot might be more than 40 hours a week and I am not in position to give more than 40h/week as I have some family responsibilities, should I consider full education reimbursment while making the decision

If your big company is willing to sponsor your Executive MBA or something similar (expenses >= $25,000) then maybe it's worth staying back, else it's not worth it, especially if their education reimb cap is ~$5000. You could easily pay for that through your 25K raise.

Big company is stable also but they are not into sofware development, smaller one is software dev company, with the small company medical insurance is 50% paid by the company and thats also applicable after 2 month of joining.

Change is not always good. Nowadays there may be an advantage to stay with a big company if the job is stable. remember if you go to a software company rather than a big non software company prepare to work very hard and stay long hours during nights and weekends. Also if you want to pursue higher studies staying with big company might help in the time and work devotion. My 2 cents

Go for new job. Weigh the stability factor and calculate the actual pay hike considering benefits you enjoy now.

Are you pursuing higher education? If not why bother about educational reimbursement.

If the new company is a software development company, then say good bye to the offer. They will eat your brain out. I thought that the both companies are of the same nature. I will never work for a software development company unless i find no other job.
