Need Help/ Suggestions - 485 filed in Oct-2001 - still waiting for Approval Notice

Hi,

I have filed my 485 in 10/2001 but not heard anything from INS.

Finger Printing was done in 04/2002

VSC now posts processing date of Nov-2001

It's kind of concerning...

Is there any way to communicate with the INS other than calling the number which you cannot get through ?

Please help if you have any suggestions or info.
