Hi Members
I am holding Valid H1B for Company A and B.....
But due to some problem in company A, I moved to company B and Currently working for company B since last 2 years......, Now I got information from Company A, My LC got approved. where as Company B has just started my GC processing one month back.....
I appreciate. if any of you could suggest me, what's a best direction for me.... Can I continue my 140/485 through company A ? or I should forget about company A LC & continue with Company B GC processing....
Seeing Current processing time for LC and My H1B expiration, which is going to get over in 2005 feb... I am really too much worried......
