I know you guys are more experienced in this field and I always get valuable comments. I appreciate.

But this time I am writting this message for one of my friend.

He filed is labor(RIR - October/20/2004) just before his 6th year starts. He is completing his 6 years in November 2005.
Presently he is having some problems with his current employer and
not sure he will be employed until his labor is cleared etc..

At the same time he is getting a good offer from another company. They may hook him on the PERM etc..

Please give your comments as soon as possible

I think if he changes his employer he needs to start the labor again. Discuss this matter with the new employer. Is the new Employer willing to process his green card? Is the new employer can file his labor under RIR? If that employer has already labor which can be used for your friend that would be great.
