Hi guys,

I need help! My wife and me got RFE's on both EAD and AP. Following is the RFE for both of us on EAD and AP:

"If you are the principal, submit evidence in the form of a receipt or approval notice for Form I-140, or I-526, or I-360, issued to you by this service.

If you are a spouse or a dependent, of a person that ahs filed or has an approval FOrm I-140, or I-526, or I-360. Submit evidence of the filing or approval along with the principal's alien registration number and documentation as to your relationship. Such evidence for determining relationship can be, but not limited to a copy of marriage certificates and/or both certificates.
"

I'm planning to send following documents:
For me:
1) I-140 approval copy
2) 485 notice copy(for Alien Registration Number)

For My Wife:
1) I-140 approval copy
2) 485 notice copy(for Alien Registration Number)
3) Marriage Certificate
4) Birth Certificates of my wife and me.

Please confirm that above documents fulfill the RFE requirements. Please respond ASAP.
thanks in advance...

Alongwith other documents for your wife send something that has joint financial documents like Joint Bank accout statement, Insurance cards or credit cards, child's birth certificate (if any) etc.

By the way you siad you will send I-140 approval copy for your wife also? Did you filed your wife's application independantly or you filed your wife's application as your dependent. If she is your dependent she wont have 140.

mydearcard,
Thanks for the reply. Regarding the list of documents for my wife RFE, i meant my 1-140 approval copy.

Regards,

Guys,
I forgot to ask one more question, do i need to send covering letter listing all the documents attached along with other documents?

Thanks in advance

Address covering letter to
Immigration Officer
USCIS
Nebraska Processing Center

Give ref # of RFE in subject and list documents attached. Don’t forget to attach original RFE letter and Envelope that you received from USCIS. I did he same way.

You can talk to your lawyer. I am not an attorney.

Thanks
