need help -revoke I 140

Hi ,

now my previous company whats to revoke my I 140 ...i have good relation on previous company...
b'case last year i joined other company , got rfe on I 485 , that time i submitted AC21... still pending for NC for past 2 years .

can any one help in this ...

if my previous company revokes my I 140 , is there any problem for my I 485.

please advice in this , if yes then i can talk w/previous comapny to revoke my I 140.

from what I'm gathering of your case, all of the following are true:
1)Your I140 has been approved
2)Your I485 has been pending for 180 days
3)you had an RFE on your I485, where you responded with your AC21 documentation
4)Your previous employer is threatening to revoke I140

You are fine. There is a chance that USCIS will not realize that you've invoked AC21 and issue a NOID. You simply have to respond with your AC21 letter again and you still should be o.k.
