Hi, I am a radiologist from bangalore, india. I got fellowship in neuroradiology in the george washington university medical centre,washington DC, on J1, to start from july 2008. I have to submit 'statement of need letter' from the ministry of health to ECFMG to receive DS2019 for visa processing. If anyone has information about how to get it from the ministry of health please let me know at the earliest. thank you
