Hi,
I submitted my I-765 in April and have since received a receipt. It's been more than 90 days since the receipt date so I went down to the INS office today to request an interim EAD, however I was told there that my application was denied. No reason was provided, and I have not received anything in the mail. I have since checked both the USCIS website and called the hotline and these sources do not say that my application has been denied (they say something like it's still in process or something)
I'm really confused right now, and I am supposed to start work on Monday, so I'm very worried about the situation. Does anyone have any experience with this or have any ideas about what I can do?
