I need some information regarding the H1B visa.I have applied for H1B for 2008-09 quota and it got picked up.I am already having the Short term L1 visa till 2011.I have few question regarding the validity of H1B and L1.
1) My application got picked up in the lottery, so till what time this application is valid? What is the maximum time limit to attend the H1 B interview? How many years my application is valid even though I did not attend the H1 B interview?
2) If my H1B got stamped and visited USA with L1 visa for few months. Is my H1 B is still valid if I visits the USA next time?
