Need help regarding AP

Hi,

I would really appreciate if anybody can tell me whether one(example, wife) is eligible to travel to India for 2 weeks with a valid AP when the primary card holder(husband) is jobless. I really need help on this and also on other options that I might have. Looking forward for the answers. Help me, please!
 
Yes you can

If you have a valid AP which exipres after your entry then you can surely travel. Its not the date on the I-94 but see the expiry date on the AP which is 1 year from the date of approval. Hope this helps. I am not a lawyer, use it at you own risk.
