I filed a NIW (self-petitioned) I-140 to NSC in Jan. Today, I checked the automated voice machine and got the following message "written decision mailed on March 19th". I know this is a negative response. But I am not sure if it is a RFE request or complete denial from NSC. And what should I do next? I would greatly appreciate any suggestion. Thank in advance!
