Hi guys,
I have to apply for green card, so want to know what are all the steps, what documents I need etc etc. Please help from your experience or guide me to some good site where all the steps are explained.

To clarify, my employer will be filing the green card & I have Bachelors of Technology - 4 year degree & 6+ years experience in IT field out of which 4+ in USA on H1B
