One of my collegue (again my employer is a big name in the industry and the lawyers are also one of the biggest), LC, not yet cleared has the following --
(This is from ETA 750 part B FILED IN 2001)
This guy had previously worked in India and then also in US worked for that big company. Both are into IT. His job description at both places match exactly word by word. Is that a problem ? (We do not know how it matches with the ad, we never saw it). This has cleared state and is pending in PBEC.
Is that a normal thing or is he in big trouble because of that. Let me assert again, both the jobs are similar, but the job description is a copy paste.
Please help.
