My Sister-In-Law, lives in INDIA, is getting an alliance who has GC. What is the difficulties in getting married that guy, to enter to USA. What is the procedure and how long will it take her to come to USA. Please advise?
First of all she won't be able to come to USA immediately after marriage. She has to file family based consular processing and wait for years to join him in USA. In India it takes about 3-5 years.
However, she can come to USA in her own with dual intent visa - like H1 or L1.
