NEED HELP PLEASE WITH AC21 section 106(C)

hi Guys!

My I-140 was approved and I-485 was outstanding over 6 months.

Do you think that the transfer from one department to another will void my GC application?

Technically, I am still going to work for the same employer, it is just job description and title will be different.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

if you are not using AC21 then your job description will not be reviewed. There is a risk that you may be called for a random interview and will have to provide a job description and could be in some trouble. Better talk to HR now and take care of that eventuality so that they can provide the original dob description.
