Hello All:
I am trying to ascertain if choosing Consular Processing (CP) at the time of I-140 application results in a faster I-140 processing. It seems like it is generally taking about 9-12 months now for I-140 approval, if one files I-485 concurrently.
Can folks (those who opted for CP in I-140) PLEASE post here your I-140 Receipt date (RD), Notice date (ND), and APPROVAL Date (AP)??
I AM TRYING TO SEE IF IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE IF ONE CHOOSES CP RATHER THAN GOING THE OTHER ROUTE (I-140/I-485 CONCURRENT).
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR INPUTS!
Thanks.
