Hello,
Been reading awhile. First time poster. Have an issue. Me and my wife were married in December 2004. I am a US Citizen and she is here in the country illegally. I have been looking at the 245i information and I am not sure if she is eligible or not. She didn't come here on a Visa, but more or less was the victim of a smuggler, and was pretty much kidnapped from her father in Mexico and brought here when she was 16 yrs old. Any information or advice would be really appreciated. Thank you in advance.
