I did my FP in Detroit and since my wife is out of the country and is not shceduled to return before Jan 31st., I sent a letter with requesting rescheduling after 31st Jan. Det. USCIS sent the original FP letter back with a comment on my letter saying that they can not schedule appointment more than 40 days in advance and ask to reschedule once she is in the US.
Guys, what does it mean? I am worried. what should I do? will they have record of what they wrote on my letter?
