We filed our 1-485(EB3) and first EAD on Texas Service Center on Oct, 2003.
Jan, 2005: Our case was transferred to El Paso, TX District Office.
Sept, 2005. El Paso District Office approved our third EAD and AP.
March, 2006 we moved to Denver CO and our case also have been transferred to Denver District Office.
May 2006 We had a interview in Denver District office. Our case cannot be approved due to FBI name check.
We need to apply our 4th EAD, but Where should we submit I765 applications?
My husband went to Denver District Office and submitted. The officer said we should submit to Chicago lock box. But 10 days later, the chicago Lock box (national benifit center) returned our application since our case are employment based.
Now where should we send to?
Texas Service Center? Nebrasca Service Center? Two service centers have no any our files. Our files are in Denver District Office but they don't accept it.
our EAD are going to expire on Sept 10th.
