It was indeed a surprise that none of the experts could reply to my earlier post on the same subject. I felt was my question being silly. Well I have a case here and wanted an expert advice from our fellow members.
We have our PRs done on April, 2005. And now that I might get a job(which is under process and gets finalised at any time). And I might have to travel to canada by the end of the month. But here in US, I am on H4 and our visa is currently under the renewal and which has already taken 120 days out of 150 and still no news about it. we have a receipt of our filing.
My question is that Can I show the receipt of our filing of our extension of stay in US to cross the borders? And if I would like to visit US then I would need (H4) stamping on my passport. In that case can I apply for visitors visa to visit USA. As my husband is here in US, will there be any questions in regard to my visit would that be an issue.
I know this forum been helping so many of the folks who had problems in getting known about the things. I really appreciate if some one responds to my post at the earliest.
