Need help on salary reduced while I-140 and I-485 pending

Hello,
I have question about salary reduced or increased while 140 and 485 pending.

How much salary(%) can able reduce on labor certication salary.

I mean for ex: when they apply labor, they showed 77,000 for year, on that salary how much amount they can reduce for year?

If they reduced more than 10% on salary, will be a problem for 140 and 485?

If anyone knows regarding this, could please let me know.
