Need help on Passport Stamping

My case has been approved with SC. Now I am in Raleigh (NC). Can I go to the local INS office (Charlotte) to get it stamping?

Am I going to face any problems in stamping because Charlotte INS comes under SC?

Since I have been staying here for couple of years I gave Raleigh address on the I-485 form.

Please advise me.
