Please help me if u can with my questions and problems with the oci miscellaneous service.
After getting a new passport for my minor son I went online to the misc section of oci on the mha website for reissue of oci card but i messed up a little.
I entered the information successfully and got an online no. and printout.But unknowingly i clicked on the back button of the web page twice and created two more online nos with the same information.(for which i did not take a printout nor did i note the nos).
Can i use the printout with the first online no. (Is the information still good or has it been deleted after the getting the other 2 nos.) or should i go online and go through the process again. --please help me on this.
Has anybody applied for miscellaneous service of oci with new passport details.How long does the process take.I dont see the online link for knowing the status of the appln (like the one for new oci application).
Has anybody from Bangalore applied through FRRO Chennai. Whom should we address the letter to(any particular section). How is the service, do they answer phone calls.
What is the online link which has come up recently for authenticating certificate download chain for both new and misc application for oci on the mha website.
Has anybody with a minor child who has a new passport travelled to or from India with the minor without obtaining a new oci card for the minor and faced any hassles.
