Need Help on obtaining Birth Certificate

Hi everyone.
I need your help on obtaining a Birth certificate.
My wife & myself have got an RFE for Birth certificate. (should submit either BC or Non-availability certificate). I have my BC. However, since my wife's place of birth is Bokaro steel city, Bihar we are clueless about getting the BC from Bokaro (like who and where to contact). My wife's parents are with us right now and will be leaving to India by the last week of May. If there is no other choice, they'll ultimately cut-short their visit, & go back to India to get the BC asap.
In the meantime, I am trying to get information from friends/relatives to get the BC asap. July 1st is the last date to submit the documents.
Does anyone have friends or relatives in Bokaro steel city?

I just came across this recently and I do not know how good or reliable it is. It is run by the TTK group, and that should make it reasonably genuine. They handle requests for a host of things in India including Birth certificates ( costs $30 I think). Give them a try, you will lose $30 at most.
