my case number is 2010AF0004XXXX. I Am a Cameroonian by nationality studying in Nigeria.i played the dv 2010 when i was already in nigeria. do i read the visa bulletin following the cutt off of nigeria or dat of cameroon. thanks

Use that of Africa. Merely studying in Nigeria does not qualify you to claim Nigerian eligibility - it should be by birth. There is not a separate cut-off point for Cameroon, therefore, you have to check that of Africa.
