Hi, everyone, I am preparing my NIW by myself.
I really do not know how to draft: The foreign national will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available U.S. worker having the same minimum qualifications.

Does every letter need to explain the three requirement for NIW?
or just focus one or two of them, but all the letters will provide a whole picure?
my problem is I just got a letter, this proffesor stated the first two part, but he did not meation I am better than the same minimum qulifications.
do i need him rewrite?
Thanks for your help!

I preciate your help!

Well true ...It will good if all letter cover all three prongs!
but it depends how many letters you have and how influential the prof is.
Generally when you write cover letter you address content of all these letters...to project your case.....There is no harm in reattempting for the letter.

It's not necessary to cover all three prongs in every single letter you wrote. At least this is what I preferred, because this will help you avoid giving USCIS officers the impression that all the letters were drafted by yourself. As long as these letters are combined to give a great, big picture, then you'll be OK.

Having said that, you do need to carefully consider the other factors. For example, the prong that you mentioned is the most important one among the three. So, you would want it to be emphasized by the "heavier" guys. Make sense? If this letter you're talking about here doesn't carry as much weight as others, then I believe it would be a good idea to leave it alone and give youself a chance to have a letter different from other.

Good luck.
