My wife got second EAD where validity dates are incorrect due to administrative error.
(Instead of Dec’03 to Dec04, they issued for Dec’ 04 to Dec’05)
I sent original EAD and other related documents to USCIS(two months back). As usual I didn’t get any update from great USCIS till now.
Here is my question what is interim EAD; can I apply for interim EAD for my wife in this situation…if so what is the procedure? Do I need to take appointment with local INS?
Any response to my request will be greatly appreciated.
