Hey everyone, I'm new so 'hello' to all.
I am 25 years old and was born in the Philippines but came to the U.S. when I was barely 2. My mother has always taken care of my 'citizenship' stuff for me so this is all kind of new to me. I've been a permanent resident for over 10 years now and had my green card lost or stolen about a year ago. I know my green card is expired and am in the process of renewing mine but I have a question:
In part 3 of the I-90 there is the question "Date of Admission as an Immigrant or Adjustment of Status". Now, I know the Adjustment of Status would be the date on the back of my green card, but alas, I don't have one since it got lost/stolen. But what would be my Date of Admission as a U.S. immigrant? Would it be the day I physically arrived here in the U.S.? (I have that answer) OR when our forms were approved back in the Philippines. I was too young to know/remember and my mom does not remember either.
Any help would be wonderful, thanks a lot!
