I have an approved I-140 based on NIW and am trying to file I-824 Consular processing in Korea.
Can anyone help me to fill out the form? A few question,
1. I have to check optiong D in Part 2, right?
2. For my wife, do I have to file a separate I-824 with her name in Part 1 in the form?
3. 3 in par 3, I have to put my information, right?
BTW, without an offer letter, can I pass the interview? DO I still have to have an offer to pass the interview?
