Need Help on I-485!!!!

Hi

Everybody my attorney filed our I-485 and I-765 (both for me and for my wife)at VSC. RD for both them is 9/4/2000, ND for both of them is 9/29/2000. Last week I received the FP notice from INS but I have not received my EAD card yet. INS indicated we have to go to the local INS office for FP on or after 11/29/2000.

Does any body has any clue what\'s going on?

Please share your experience.

I\'m not sure what your question/concern is. If I were you, I\'d go ahead and get the FP done, and then hope for the best.

I think he is concerned that he needs the EAD for identification. I don\'t think that should be an issue at all, since not everybody goes for an EAD on filing 485 these days and still get their finger printing and approval.

Passport and drivers license or other photo identification should be good enough.
